On July 21, 2026, JRCC (ISSN: 3068-479X, ISSN-L: 2325-9914, a bilingual [Chinese-English] semi-annual journal) was officially included in the Clarivate ProQuest database.
The ProQuest database, operated by Clarivate (the parent company of SCI), has a history of more than 70 years. It is currently the world’s largest international database of dissertations, comprising dozens of sub-databases and covering more than 15,000 academic journals. Its subject areas include business and economics, humanities and social sciences, medicine and healthcare, aerospace, life sciences, water science and oceanography, environmental science, civil engineering, computer science, and materials science.

Beginning in July 2025, JRCC has implemented a rigorous double-blind peer review process, updated its *Style Guide for Citations*, established *Editorial Procedures* and *Review Guidelines*, and sent regular emails to various scholars, all of which have received strong support from our academic community.
